Terms of Service
1. General TermsBy commissioning me (the artist), you agree to the following terms.
These terms are subject to change without prior notice.2. PaymentAll prices are in USD.
Full payment is required before work starts.
Payment methods accepted: PayPal. (Through Ko-fi)3. Process and RevisionsThe client will receive a sketch for approval before further work proceeds.
Small revisions are free of charge at any point in the commission.
Major changes after the final approval of the sketch may require additional fees.4. Turnaround TimeThe estimated turnaround time for a commission is approximately one month.
Please note that this timeframe may be extended by an additional week depending on the number of clients ahead of you in the queue (one week per client).
The artist will keep the client informed of their position in the queue and provide updates on the progress of the commission.5. Usage RightsThe artist retains all rights to the artwork, including the right to use it in portfolios, websites, and social media.
The client may not claim the artwork as their own, alter it, or resell it without permission.6. Cancellations and RefundsThe artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
If the client cancels the commission before work starts, a full refund will be provided.
If the client cancels the commission after the sketch has been sent but before further work has commenced, a 75% refund will be provided.
If the client cancels the commission after further work has commenced but before the commission is completed, a 50% refund will be provided.
No refunds will be provided once the commission is completed.7. Copyright and Intellectual PropertyThe artist retains copyright and intellectual property rights over the commissioned artwork.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of the artwork is prohibited.8. CommunicationThe client should respond to communications promptly to avoid delays.9. ConfidentialityAll personal information shared by the client will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing the commission.10. Final DeliveryThe final artwork will be delivered in PDF format.
The client will receive the final artwork via email.11. AgreementBy commissioning the artist, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

Additional Price Information
Starting Prices: The prices listed are base prices. Detailed props or complex characters may result in a higher price.
Prop and Character Add-ons: Depending on the detail of a prop, I may need to add an extra charge ranging from $5 to $10.
Additional characters are priced as follows:
Sketches: +$5 each
Messy: +$10 each
Fully Shaded: +$15 each
Backgrounds: I can include simple backgrounds free of charge. Detailed backgrounds, however, start at $10 and may increase depending on complexity.
Character Detail: Depending on the complexity of your character, there may be an additional charge.
Fees: Some payment methods have fees.
